Mr. Sanjiv Khattri has over twenty five years of experience as a Finance and General Management leader in a range of industries. Currently, he is leveraging his experience into different consultations in diverse industries and nonprofit settings. With over eight years of public Chief Financial Officer (CFO) experience, he brings a variety of skills and successful experiences to bear in his assignments. Prior to joining CFO Performance Partners, he was Executive Vice President and CFO of Covanta Holding Corporation (NYSE: CVA), the world's largest “Energy from Waste” company (Market cap ~$3B; EV ~$5B). At Covanta, he was responsible for all Finance functions in addition to Information Technology. He was also deeply involved in all strategic and business development activities of the company, serving as a key partner to the CEO and Board of Directors. Prior to Covanta, Sanjiv was the Executive Vice President and CFO of General Motors Acceptance Corp (GMAC) - one of the largest non-bank financial institutions with over $100 billion of assets. He also served as the interim CFO of ResCap and the EVP of Corporate Development. He left GMAC (aka Ally Finance) in 2008 after a distinguished four plus year career spanning the fields of financial services, including consumer finance (automotive finance and mortgage financing) and insurance. Previously, over a very successful 14 year career, he worked for General Motors (GM) in both the New York Treasurer’s Office, the GM Europe/International Headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland and at Vauxhall Motors, Ltd. in the UK (GM's UK business). Sanjiv has won numerous personal and team recognitions for the wide range of accomplishments in capital planning, capital markets, investor relations, M&A, restructuring, IT management and talent management.

Sanjiv focuses his efforts across all industries with functional specialization in financial operations and strategy/M&A, leveraging his experience in the global automotive, industrial, financial services, environmental services and renewable energy arenas. Sanjiv has served on both the GMAC Board of Directors and the ResCap Board of Directors. Currently Sanjiv serves as Advisory Director for Silver Lane Advisors. Silver Lane Advisors is a premier investment banking boutique that specializes in financial services M&A. Sanjiv was also on the Board from 2005 – 2014 of the Global Fund for Children, a non profit organization focused on the dignity of children worldwide. He has an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BE in Production Engineering from Panjab University in India.
