E. Annette Nash Govan is a senior financial executive with extensive experience as an entrepreneur with a strong strategic and analytical focus.

Most recently, as CFO of Parkwood Entertainment, a $50-75 million media entertainment start up, Ms. Nash Govan, created and implemented policies and procedures for financial management and budgetary controls. She designed an in-house accounting system as well as managed HR and information systems, banking and vendor relationships and corporate compliance. Ms. Nash Govan led a team in the development of a multi-million dollar "state of the art" media content management system.

Ms. Nash Govan has over 25 years of experience in the investment management industry working with start-ups and emerging ventures from a $1B multi-strategy credit hedge fund to founding and managing a long/short equity hedge fund. In her role as President, Ms. Nash Govan was responsible for the strategic direction, investment platform and portfolio management of the firms' HNW and institutional clients.
